Turnaround Times, Shipping & Order Deadlines

At Printoshop LA, we understand how important it is to receive your custom apparel on time. Whether you’re ordering shirts for your business, company uniforms, promotional events, or bulk apparel, our goal is to provide high-quality printing with clear and reliable production expectations.

Because all custom apparel is made to order, production timelines depend on artwork approval, order requirements, and current production capacity.

1. Our Current Production Options

We offer the following turnaround options:

STANDARD PRODUCTION — FREE

• Production Time: 15 Business Days
• Shipping: FREE UPS Ground
• Status: Available

PRIORITY PRODUCTION — +$100 Per Design

• Production Time: 10 Business Days
• Shipping: FREE UPS Ground
• Status: available

EXPRESS PRODUCTION — +$150 Per Design

• Production Time: 7 Business Days
• Shipping: FREE UPS Ground
• Status: available

At this time, our standard 15-business-day production option is available. Expedited production services may become available depending on our workload and production capacity.

2. Understanding Our Standard Turnaround Time

Our standard production turnaround is approximately 15 business days (3 weeks).

This timeline begins only after both of the following requirements have been completed:

1. Your order has been paid in full.
2. Your final artwork proof has been reviewed and approved for production.

Important: Placing an order does not automatically start the production countdown.

If your artwork requires revisions or you have not yet approved your proof, your production timeline will not begin until final approval is received.

We work hard to print and ship orders as efficiently as possible. However, production timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates.

Custom apparel is manufactured specifically for each customer, and production schedules may occasionally change due to order volume, equipment availability, supply delays, or other operational factors.

3. Shipping & Delivery Information

Once your custom apparel has completed production and quality inspection, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Our standard shipping service is UPS Ground.

Estimated Shipping Transit Time: 1–5 Business Days

Actual transit time depends on your shipping destination and the location from which your order is shipped.

Please remember:

• Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
• Estimated production timelines do not include weekends or applicable holidays.
• Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
• Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Example:

If your artwork is approved and your payment is completed on a Monday, your estimated production period begins based on that completed approval and payment date.

Your order is expected to ship approximately 15 business days later, followed by the applicable shipping transit time.

We recommend planning ahead when placing orders for events or specific delivery dates.

4. How to Place an Order

Printoshop LA offers two convenient ways to order custom apparel.

Option 1: Place Your Order Online (Recommended)

The fastest and most convenient way to order is directly through our website:

Simply follow these steps:

1. Select your desired apparel or custom printing package.
2. Choose your garment colors, sizes, and quantities.
3. Upload your logo or artwork.
4. Provide any special printing instructions.
5. Complete your payment securely through checkout.

After your order is received, our artwork team will review your submitted design and prepare a digital proof for approval.

Artwork Proof Processing Times

Standard Proof — FREE

Estimated processing time: 2–3 business days after payment.

Our team will prepare a digital preview of your design showing the proposed print location, dimensions, and artwork details.

You will have an opportunity to review the proof and request changes if needed.

Artwork Revisions

If you request adjustments, revised proofs generally require approximately 1–2 additional business days.

Expedited Proof — $9.99

When available at checkout, customers may select expedited proof preparation for $9.99.

Estimated processing time: 1 business day.

Please note that expedited proof preparation only accelerates the artwork review process. It does not shorten the standard production timeline.

Final Artwork Approval

Once you receive your digital proof, please review all details carefully, including:

• Artwork and spelling
• Logo size and positioning
• Print colors
• Garment information
• Special production notes

After approving your final proof, your order will enter our production schedule, provided full payment has already been received.

Your standard 15-business-day production timeline will begin once both payment and artwork approval are complete.

5. Option 2: Request a Proof Before Payment

We understand that some customers prefer to review their artwork before making a purchase.

If you would like to request a digital mockup or artwork proof before placing an order, please contact the Printoshop LA team through our website.

To help us prepare your request, please provide:

• Your logo or artwork file
• Preferred apparel style and color
• Estimated order quantity
• Desired printing locations
• Any additional design instructions

Please note that artwork preparation for paid orders receives priority.

Because of this, proof requests submitted before payment may require additional processing time.

Once your artwork has been prepared and you are ready to proceed, we can provide a personalized order link where you may review your design, choose your sizes and quantities, and complete your purchase.

If your artwork has already been finalized and approved, your standard production timeline will begin after payment is completed.

6. Orders With Hard Deadlines

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

We understand that custom apparel is often ordered for important events, including company promotions, sports events, business openings, school activities, and special occasions.

If you have a specific delivery deadline, we strongly encourage you to notify Printoshop LA before placing your order.

Even when your deadline is several weeks away, informing us early helps our team evaluate production and shipping requirements.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number, if applicable
• The exact date you need the merchandise
• Your shipping destination
• Any special requirements

Our team will review your requested deadline and determine whether it can reasonably be accommodated.

Expedited Production and Shipping

Depending on availability, we may offer alternative production or shipping arrangements.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Priority production
• Express production
• Expedited shipping
• Special order handling

If additional services are available, we will provide the applicable pricing before proceeding.

Please note: Rush production and expedited shipping are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Availability depends on our current production schedule and the stage of your order when the request is received.

7. What Happens if We Cannot Meet Your Deadline?

If your requested delivery date cannot reasonably be accommodated, our team will notify you and discuss the available options.

Depending on the status of your order, these options may include:

• Proceeding with the standard turnaround timeline.
• Selecting an alternative delivery arrangement, if available.
• Modifying the order before production begins.
• Requesting cancellation, subject to our cancellation and refund policies.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We recommend discussing critical deadlines before completing checkout.

8. Important Production Reminders

To help prevent delays, please remember:

Payment and Approval Are Required

Production begins only after full payment and final artwork approval have been completed.

Proof Revisions May Affect Your Timeline

Changes requested during the proofing process may delay the start of production.

Production and Shipping Are Separate

Our 15-business-day production estimate does not include UPS transit time.

Business Days

Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Custom Orders Are Made to Order

All custom apparel is produced according to each customer’s approved specifications.

Delivery Dates Are Not Automatically Guaranteed

A specific delivery date is only considered confirmed when expressly agreed to in writing by Printoshop LA.
